OneVision
Two-day workshop

Strategy-to-Execution Workshop

Leave with the metrics your system can actually produce.

Two days with your leadership team turning strategic objectives into a measurement model your ERP and EPM systems can feed — and an honest list of the metrics they currently cannot.

Duration
2 days on site, plus a one-week follow-up readout
Format
Facilitated workshop, 6–12 participants from finance, operations, and IT
Investment
Scoped per engagement

Draft for review — Draft agenda. Confirm the duration, sessions, and deliverables against how OneVision actually runs this. Pricing reads “Scoped per engagement” until a published figure is agreed.

Who this is for

  • CFOs and COOs whose quarterly objectives live in a slide deck nobody reconciles to actuals
  • Leadership teams about to invest in EPM or planning tooling and unsure what to ask for
  • Organizations where finance and operations report different numbers for the same thing

Who it is not for

  • Teams that have not yet agreed on their strategic objectives — settle that first, we cannot facilitate it in two days
  • Organizations looking for a tool demo. This workshop is deliberately vendor-neutral

Strategy to Execution

What happens

The agenda, in order

  1. Day 1 · AM

    Objectives on the wall

We put your current strategic objectives up as written and test each one against a single question: what number would tell us this is or is not happening? Objectives that survive get carried forward.

  2. Day 1 · PM

Trace each metric to a source

For every surviving metric we trace it to where the data actually lives today — ledger, subledger, operational system, or somebody’s spreadsheet. This is usually the uncomfortable part.

  3. Day 2 · AM

    Design the measurement model

Driver-based structure, ownership, and reporting cadence. Who owns each metric, at what frequency, and what decision it is supposed to inform.

  4. Day 2 · PM

    Sequence the gaps

The metrics your systems cannot produce today, ranked by effort against value, with a recommendation on which are worth closing and which are not.

What you keep

Deliverables

Yours to keep regardless of whether you engage us for the work that follows. If you take this to another firm, that is a legitimate outcome.

  • A one-page measurement model tying objectives to metrics, owners, and cadence
  • A traceability map from each metric to its current source system or spreadsheet
  • A ranked gap list with effort and value estimates for closing each one
  • A written readout to your leadership team one week later, including what we recommend against
