About OneVision
Six partners who were done watching ERP programs fail.
OneVision Consulting was founded in 2016 by six partners and has grown to more than 300 consultants with deep industry, business, and technology experience. Our people have sat in the chairs our clients sit in — CIO, CTO, COO, CAO, CHRO, global ERP director, PMO lead, business systems analyst, developer, security analyst — which is why we can tell the difference between the consulting a program needs and the consulting it can be sold. We build the kind of firm we always wished we could hire.

To enable clients to achieve their vision — providing business and technology advisory services that maximize shareholder value.
Both halves of that sentence matter. The vision belongs to the client; our job is to enable it, not to substitute our own. And it has to show up in the value of the business, or it was an IT project rather than a transformation.
Every engagement is measured against one question: does the client’s business run better a year later? That standard has shaped every hire, every practice, and every methodology decision since 2016.
It is also why we guarantee our work. A track record built on optimizing digital solutions for clients is worth very little if we are not prepared to stand behind the result once the consultants have gone.
The story
How we got here
- 2016
Six partners, one rule
OneVision is founded by six ERP and EPM partners around a single conviction: plan the system before you build it. The first engagement ships on time — and stays live.
- 2018
The Run practice is born
A first long-term JD Edwards managed-services contract turns post-go-live support into a formal discipline rather than an afterthought.
- 2020
Into oil & gas
The joint-venture accounting practice launches, taking on the multi-partner reporting problems that generalist firms tend to avoid.
- 2022
Cloud, and the twentieth program
The Cloud & Managed Services practice opens as the twentieth transformation program is delivered — still with nothing failed on the record.
- 2024
The network opens
The OneVision Network begins staffing engagements with vetted independent specialists. The network crosses 300 consultants.
- 2026
Still zero
Forty-seven flagship transformation programs delivered across six industries, and the count of failed implementations is unchanged: zero.
