Start with something small and fixed.
Nobody should commit to a transformation program on the strength of a sales conversation. Each of these is fixed in scope and duration, and each ends in a written recommendation that is yours to keep — including the recommendation not to proceed.
Draft for review — These four entry points were drafted from the way OneVision already talks about its work. Agendas, durations, and deliverables need a review against how you actually run them. Pricing currently reads “Scoped per engagement” — replace it with a real figure only if the partner group wants to publish one.
A cheap way to find out we are wrong for you
Every assessment above is deliberately small enough that getting it wrong costs you weeks rather than quarters. That is the point. You find out how we think, we find out what your organization is actually like, and both sides get to walk away cheaply if it is not a fit.
It also means the recommendation is not underwritten by a follow-on sale. We have told clients not to buy the platform they were planning to buy, and told sponsors to stop programs they had already funded. That is only credible if the assessment stands on its own.
You own the deliverable either way. If you take our roadmap to a different firm, that is a legitimate outcome of the engagement.
