HCM & payroll integration
Employee master, time, gross-to-net, and labor-distribution interfaces between HCM, payroll, and the ERP ledger — built to reconcile on every run rather than at quarter-end.
Payroll is where an operating model stops being theoretical.
HR, payroll, and time systems integrated with the ERP ledger — so hours captured in the field reach the payslip and the job cost as one number, not three reconciliations.

Overview
In project- and asset-heavy businesses, HR systems rarely fail in the core. They fail in the gaps between systems: time captured in one place, payroll processed in another, labor cost posted to the ledger by a monthly file nobody owns. People who work across three jobs in a week, union and prevailing-wage rules, and crews crossing state lines all have to survive those handoffs intact.
We treat the integration as the deliverable, not as the last task before go-live. Whether payroll runs in your ERP, in Oracle Cloud HCM, or at a third-party bureau, we design and build the interfaces — employee master, time, gross-to-net, labor distribution, benefits and tax feeds — with an owner, a reconciliation, and a failure path for each. The process redesign and the implementation work sit alongside that, because an interface will only ever move the data the process gives it.
Where it fits

What we do
Employee master, time, gross-to-net, and labor-distribution interfaces between HCM, payroll, and the ERP ledger — built to reconcile on every run rather than at quarter-end.
Outbound and inbound interfaces to an external payroll provider, plus benefits carrier, 401(k), garnishment, and tax-filing feeds, with the reconciliation that proves each one landed.
Core HR, payroll, benefits, and time rollouts, including the union, prevailing-wage, and multi-state rules that decide whether payroll is right.
Field and shop-floor time capture that codes to job, phase, and asset at entry, so labor cost is right in the ledger without a monthly correction.
How it runs
Shadow a full pay cycle before designing anything. We document how time actually reaches payroll and the ledger today — including the spreadsheets, the phone calls, the re-keying, and the corrections — then agree the pay rules, cost-coding, approval chain, and the owner of every interface in writing, with HR, payroll, operations, and finance in the same room.
Build the interfaces and prove them against real pay periods. Time capture, pay rules, cost-coding, and each feed are built with your team present, then run in parallel against live payroll until gross-to-net and the labor distribution posting reconcile to the cent — because a payroll go-live is the one cutover you cannot partially roll back.
Stabilize across the first quarter, not the first week. We stay through the first quarter-end, the first union or prevailing-wage report, the first carrier reconciliation, and the first set of tax filings, then hand over to your team or to managed services with the interface runbooks and failure paths written down.
Outcomes
Payslip, ledger, and job cost agree on every run
Union, prevailing wage, and multi-state built in
Every interface has an owner and a reconciliation
